- An Overview of R ( 0 - 5 minutes)
Learn a little history about the development of R. We also go over what R is and just as importantly what it is not.
This part is really optional, but you can lead off a workshop using the slides for this portion. It gives people a few extra moments if they arrive late.
- Getting Started ( 5 - 15 minutes)
Learn how to install R and R Studio. Also learn the R Studio Interface.
For live workshops, the installation part should not be required.

- R Basics - Data Types ( 25 - 35 minutes)
- R Basics - Functions and Packages ( 35 - 40 minutes)
- Modifying Data ( 40 - 50 minutes)
